Peak performance is characterized by subjective feelings of confidence, effortlessness and total concentration on the task.

The Peak Performance consultation will help condition you physically and fine tune your diet and exercise habits. Whether your event is your wedding day, a tournament, an exam, a marathon or anything that involves being your best, we will help you shine (and last!) from beginning to end.

Your Peak Performance consult includes:

1. A medical history review
2. General health assessment including postural, joint and muscle assessment
3. Treatment of areas prone to pain, stiffness or fatigue
4. A personal conditioning session designed for your performance needs, including posture, stretching and exercise
5. You will also be provided with a personal program complete with dietary advice and tips for mental preparation for you to follow after your session
